Breakfast, After-School and Holiday Club

Reception - 10 Years Old

We provide a range of flexible care options to support families before, during, and after school, as well as during school holidays.

Breakfast Club runs from 8:00 am, offering a variety of healthy breakfast options and the chance for children to socialise with friends before school. Staff ensure children are safely escorted to school.

During After School Club, children are collected from school and brought to the nursery, where light tea and drinks are provided.

Activities are planned for all sessions based on the children’s interests, including arts and crafts, playdough, creative projects, support with homework, and monitored, age-appropriate use of technology. Children also enjoy regular outdoor play in our secure garden and walks to the local park.

Our Holiday Club runs during school breaks, with trips and activities designed around all children’s interests. Previous visits have included Sunflower Farm, Pumpkin Picking, 360 Play, and local farm trips. Holiday sessions include creative, sensory, and physical activities to keep children engaged, active, and entertained throughout the school holidays.

Our clubs provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children of all abilities can relax, play, and develop confidence, independence, and social skills outside of school hours

Activities & Trips

We love to offer our children a wide range of enriching experiences, and we are proud to provide a variety of weekly activities within our nursery setting. These sessions are carefully chosen to support children’s development while keeping learning fun, active, and engaging.

Our toddlers and pre-school children enjoy energetic Pacesetters (PE) sessions, supporting physical development, confidence, and coordination. For our pre-schoolers, Football Fun sessions help build teamwork, balance, and a love of being active.

These weekly activities are a highlight for the children and something they look forward to with excitement. All sessions are fully included for every child as part of our provision.

In addition to our in-house activities, each group enjoys monthly outings to local attractions such as country parks, libraries, and other places of interest. These trips provide valuable real-world learning experiences, helping children explore their community and extend their learning beyond the nursery environment.
